The First Business Trend Setters’ Forum
This was at Golden Tulip Hotel, Kampala on 17th January 2020 under the theme “planning for profitability”. Guest speakers were; NSSF’s Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Patrick Ayota, Mr. Julius Oluka, Director GoldKach, UK-based Financial Advisor, Dr. Peter Kimbowa – Founder CEO Summit- EA’s think tank- and Cynthia Mpanga, the Standard Chartered Bank’s Corporate Affairs Manager. All the guest speakers challenged all participants to monitor trends as if their life depended on them because trends are changing so fast.
The event was sponsored by NSSF, Hippo, Charmar, Afro Finance and leasing, Uganda Funeral services, and Best Petroleum. There were thrilling performances from entertainers Wrath of Khan, Ballerina Girl, Key (Soloist Moses Kisekka), and Xtreme Arts musicians. Two people won a weekend for two at Seyeya courts. There was a cocktail draw for a weekend for two at Seyeya Courts done by Mr. and Mrs. Karambasaizi, Macro Entrepreneurs and Trendsetters with Delta Petroleum. The event attracted over 71 participants. It was a cocktail and business exhibition.
