Carol is a seasoned Project Planning and Management (PMP) Specialist with extensive experience in the Non-Profit sector. She is proficient in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Governance, Proposal Writing, Fundraising, Talent Management, Livelihood Programs, Micro-Enterprise Development, Financial Inclusion, Women, Children, and Youth Empowerment.

Carol has expertise in Computer Science, encompassing Software Design & Development, Data Science, and IT systems. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies(MMS) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI). Additionally, she possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computing with Honors and a Diploma in Computer Science from Kyambogo University.

With her experience at Youth StartUp Academy, skills, and solid educational background, Carol is well-equipped to handle the support role of TRENDS TRACING and STRATEGIC PARTNER identification.
